Wiseman Lighting: Sponsor of the Trident Leagues
The Trident Leagues had their ‘Annual General Meetings’ and ‘Awards Evenings’ recently, of which we were delighted to be in attendance. And with the kick-off of the World Cup, we had the idea to run a giveaway for each league; the prize? A LEGO FIFA World Cup.

The Isthmian League AGM, held in the coastal town of Brighton on the 13th of June, was a fantastic start to our campaign. Organised and spearheaded by league CEO Kellie Discipline, we started the day talking with the clubs about the hurdles they face when it comes to upgrading their lighting – finance, planning permissions and other suppliers not doing it right the first time around. Being a preferred supplier of the Premier League Floodlight Fund, Wiseman Lighting are able to manage these issues. We support clubs throughout the entire process of upgrading their lighting system, from our planning application service, and finding grants, to our 20-year parts guarantees. We want clubs to make the right investment, and be able to protect it when they do.
This Saturday our team covered a lot of ground, attending the Southern League AGM and the Northern Premier League Awards Evening. The events were spectacularly curated.

I started my day in Birmingham, running our Lego World Cup giveaway for the Southern League. Congratulations to Frome Town, unfortunately you have to build this trophy unlike your league triumph! It was great to speak to some familiar faces and put some faces to names. As primarily a lighting contractor, I discussed projects we have completed as well as clubs looking to upgrade their floodlighting. It was also interesting to discuss our new opportunities which include modular buildings and fencing, bringing a broader depth of products and offerings to the Wiseman brand. After the AGM, I headed up to Blackpool for the Northern Premier League awards evening where we ran a giveaway once again! A great night was enjoyed by the team at Wiseman, a big thank you goes to Angie for accommodating our giveaway and presenting the World Cup on stage, congratulations to Mickleover FC!
