Wiseman Lighting’s dedication to ensuring that grassroots sports clubs are a sustainable and positive force for their communities is at the heart of everything we do.
Our founder, Harry Riste, has seen first-hand the trials and tribulations of grassroots clubs, given that he was chairman and life member of his childhood club.
As a volunteer customer in the floodlighting supply chain, Harry recognised that there was a gap in the market for businesses to support grassroots sports clubs by enhancing the standards in LED infrastructure and general quality of life, while at the same time retaining commercial profits to support other volunteers and promoting sustainability within sports.
Partnering with the Northern Premier League was a massive step for Wiseman in terms of achieving our corporate social responsibility.
Grassroots clubs at this level and below need support from trusted companies to improve their facilities, so that they can eventually become a sustainable and positive force for their communities.
Alongside this, Wiseman are proud to support the United Nations’ NET ZERO campaign, which has allowed us to deliver innovative and groundbreaking lighting solutions to grassroots clubs in an attempt to not only make these clubs more sustainable, but to also create a more sustainable future for us all.
